This Privacy Policy explains how SENQRA ("we", "us") handles information when you visit senqra.io or contact us, including through the Growth Flow Audit form.

We collect information you give us directly, and limited technical information collected automatically when you use the site.

3. Information submitted through forms

When you submit the Growth Flow Audit or another enquiry form, we may collect:

• your name, company, work email and phone number;
• your preferred contact method and, if chosen, your Telegram username;
• answers about your business, goals, acquisition, lead volume, customer value, tools and timing;
• the page you submitted from and how you arrived at the site (for example referrer and campaign parameters such as UTM, gclid or fbclid).

4. Technical and usage information

Like most websites, our hosting and measurement tools may process your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and approximate time of visit.

6. Why we process information

• to review your enquiry and contact you about it (steps taken at your request before a possible contract);
• to operate, secure and improve the website (our legitimate interests);
• to measure our marketing and advertising, where you have given consent;
• to meet legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing communications.

7. Analytics and advertising

The site uses Google Ads conversion tracking and may in future use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager or Meta advertising and measurement tools. These run under Google Consent Mode and are set to "denied" until you accept the relevant cookie category.

8. Third-party service providers

We rely on providers that process information on our behalf, such as website hosting and infrastructure, messaging services used to route enquiries to our team (for example Telegram), communication channels you choose (email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram), and Google advertising and measurement services. They may only use the information to provide their services.

Our providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and to meet legal requirements. Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

15. Withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw cookie consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
