The context

Growth couldn't depend on paid acquisition alone.

The business operated across international markets and sold high-consideration services where trust, referrals and professional relationships played an important role in customer acquisition.

The opportunity was to build a repeatable B2B channel alongside the existing marketing mix: one that generates demand through relevant partners rather than relying only on direct acquisition.

[02]

The challenge

There was no partner acquisition system.

The channel had to be built from the ground up:

  • Who should become a partner?
  • Which companies and decision-makers should be targeted?
  • How should they be approached?
  • What makes the partnership valuable to both sides?
  • How does a new contact become a referral partner who sends clients?

What we built

From target account to onboarded partner.

  1. [01]

    TARGET

Defined partner profiles, relevant industries, markets and decision-maker roles.

  2. [02]

    REACH

Built structured outreach across direct communication, LinkedIn and existing business networks.

  3. [03]

    CONVERT

Developed the partnership proposition and the communication flow from first contact to partner conversation.

  4. [04]

    ONBOARD

Created the onboarding process that turns interested companies into referral partners ready to pass clients.

[04]

The system

Two months, from research to first referrals.

  1. 2,000+

    Potential partners researched

  2. 55

    Partner meetings

  3. 30

    Partners onboarded

  4. 2

    Partners already referring

  5. 3

    Client contacts referred (month two)

  • Market selection
  • Company research
  • Contact identification
  • Outreach
  • Qualification
  • Partnership discussion
  • Onboarding
[05]

The result

In two months the partner channel went from zero to 30 onboarded partners across the UAE and Europe, out of 55 partner meetings.

In the second month after launch, two partners had already passed the first client contacts: one referred two clients, the other referred one.

The network is at an early stage. The next step is moving more onboarded partners to their first referral.

What actually changed

A relationship-driven channel became a repeatable acquisition process.

Instead of treating partnerships as occasional business development, the company got a structured way to identify relevant organizations, reach the right decision-makers and move potential partners to onboarding.

The result was a new acquisition channel that operates alongside paid, organic and direct demand generation.
